Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
At PhotuPrint, every product is carefully manufactured and inspected before dispatch. As most of our products are personalized and made-to-order, returns, replacements, and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the product received is:
- Defective or damaged during transit.
- Incorrect compared to the order placed.
Any issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team via email and providing clear images and/or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
To qualify for a replacement:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The original invoice or order details must be provided.
- The issue must be verified by our support team.
In some cases, our support team may attempt to resolve the issue through video call assistance or troubleshooting. If the issue can be resolved through such assistance, a return or replacement request may not be approved.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed.
- Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Modifications to an order may be accommodated before dispatch, subject to production status and availability.
Important Notes
- Return or replacement requests may be rejected if the customer refuses to cooperate with the verification process or if the reported issue cannot be verified.
- PhotuPrint reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any return, replacement, or cancellation request.
